Abstract submission

Call for Abstracts

Authors who wish to present their work in the oral or poster presentation sessions are required to submit an abstract. All submissions must comply with the guidelines outlined below.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submitted abstracts must concisely summarize the research, including the background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions, and include 3–6 keywords. The abstract should not exceed 250 words. The title, authors’ names, and affiliations are not included in the word count.

Authors are required to indicate the most appropriate topic/theme for their submission during the registration process.

  • Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Biotechnology (PPCP) 
  • Pharmaceutical Education, Social and Administrative Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacy (PESC) 
  • Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery Systems (PDDS) 
  • Herbal Medicine and Natural Products (HMNP) 

Authors must prepare their abstracts using the template

 

Submission Requirements

  • Abstracts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English, suitable for publication. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to request revisions where necessary. 
  • The presenting author must be listed as the first author and is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the submitted abstract. 
  • Each presenting author may submit only one abstract. 
  • Abstracts must not contain tables, figures, or images. 

Review Process and Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance, along with presentation details, will be communicated to the corresponding author no later than July 15, 2026.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reassign submissions to a more appropriate theme if deemed necessary.

Authors who wish to proceed with publication are kindly requested to submit the full paper no later than August 15, 2026.
