Application to Indonesia Biopharmaceutical Summit 2025

  1. Go to https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/ and You have to sign up at the UGM Admission System First in order to apply the program
  2. Choose “Non Degree Programs” then choose “Short Course”
  3. Find our Program with the keyword : Indonesia Biopharmaceutical Summit 2025 (Onsite Meeting)
  4. Requirement document you need to upload:
  • Color Scan of Passport Profile (Active min 6 months from the program’s date) or National ID Card/KTP (for Indonesian Citizen)
  • Official Passport-Sized Photograph
  • Color Scan of your Student/Staff ID Card
  1. Application opens from 1 October to 25 October 2025
  2. Payment due date on 30 October 2025

Onsite Program for Industrial Company, Regulatory Body

  2. Requirement document you need to upload:
  • Color Scan of Passport Profile (Active min 6 months from the program’s date) or National ID Card/KTP (for Indonesian Citizen)
  • Color Scan of your Office ID Card

  2. Payment due date on 25 October 2025
