Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines

Welcome to the International Conference on Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (ICPAPS) 2026.

To ensure a professional, engaging, and well-organized conference experience, all presenters are requested to carefully follow the presentation guidelines outlined in this document.

Presenters are encouraged to prepare their oral and poster presentations in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner, highlighting the significance, methodology, key findings, and implications of their work. Adherence to the specified formatting, submission, and presentation requirements will contribute to the smooth operation of the conference and enhance the overall quality of the scientific program.

We sincerely appreciate your contribution to ICPAPS 2026 and look forward to your active participation in making this conference a valuable forum for advancing pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Presentation Duration
  • Total presentation time: 10 minutes
  • Question and Answer (Q&A): 3–5 minutes
  1. Presentation Format
  • Presentation slides should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format.
  • Recommended slide ratio: 16:9 widescreen.
  • Use clear, professional, and readable fonts (minimum 24-point size for body text).
  1. Submission of Presentation Files
  • Presentation files must be submitted at front desk at least 2 hours before the presentation session.
  • File name format:
    • SessionCode_PresenterName.pptx
    • Example: OP03_SusiKristina.pptx
  • Presenters should join the session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session.

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Poster Format
  • Poster must be prepared in English.
  • Poster orientation: Portrait, Recommended size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm)
  • Minimum resolution: 300 dpi.
  • Recommended font sizes:
    • Title: 60–80 pt
    • Section headings: 32–40 pt
    • Body text: 24–32 pt
  1. Poster Display and Presentation
  • Authors should install their posters before the designated session begins.
  • File naming format:
    • PosterID_PresenterName.pdf
    • Example: P12_SusiKristina.pdf
  • Presenters are expected to be present at their poster during the assigned poster viewing session.
    • Prepare a 3–5 minute poster pitch summarizing the background, objectives, methods, key findings and conclusions
  • Be ready to answer questions from attendees and judges.
